With an in-house bookkeeper, we can take all aspects of record-keeping off your hands leaving you free to do what you do best – run your business.
Your full services accountants
We will advise you on the appropriate level of accounts to submit to HMRC and/or companies’ house and will recommend the best way to keep your accounting records to help you stay on top of your finances and also help reduce the cost of your final accounts.
What we do
We will complete your annual accounts and once prepared you will meet our senior partner (Michelle Howe) who will explain the accounts and how they could affect your credit rating etc. She will identify which customers are a concern, or suggest ways in which to improve your cash flow.
At this meeting, you can discuss your plans for the next 12 months and Michelle will walk you through the tax savings you could make, or changes to the tax legislation which could reduce your savings or affect your business plans.
As a Xero partner, we can provide accounting software that will allow you to store your accounting records in the cloud. This gives you the added benefit of accessing your information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you need to produce figures for the bank manager on a Saturday morning you can log onto your Xero account and print out the necessary figures from the reports. If you would like to know more please send us a request via our enquiry form.
Here to help
If you need help with business plans Michelle can provide you with the figures needed for the cash flow and the financial forecast.
Michelle will also advise you on the information you need to complete the business plan and provide an objective SWOT analysis of your business. A SWOT analysis is a framework for identifying and analysing an organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
